# Update the Registrar Lock of a Domain

This command is used to update the lock state of a domain under your account.

## API Call

**POST** - `/domains/{domain}/lock`

### Request Parameters

| **Name**     | **Type** | **Required?** | **Description**                                 |
| ------------ | -------- | ------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| `domain`     | `text`   | Yes           | Domain name                                     |
| `lockstatus` | `text`   | Yes           | Lock status (`true` to lock, `false` to unlock) |
